Designed and fabricated in-house, this 6.5-tonne tank was specifically designed for storage of Caramelo chocolate for rework.  Product consistency and temperature are crucial for maintaining the highest quality chocolate.

  • Capacity: 6.5 tonne

  • Agitator: Paddle-style, ensuring even mixing and preventing settling

  • Temperature control: The tanks is jacketed on the strake and bottom cone using a dimple plate system

  • The use of 304 stainless steel ensures hygienic efficient processing, cleaning and longevity
